Perhaps it would look something like this:
Declaration of the fifty united States of America,
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.-
-That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly, all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.—
Such has been the patient sufferance of these States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Government. The history of the present president of the said united States is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
He has refused his assent to existing laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good, most notably, through executive orders foisted upon the unwary public from the very beginning of his administration, viz:
He halted construction of the U.S. Mexico border wall, begun by the previous administration, thereby eliminating the sovereignty of our border.
He has subsequently given his tacit assent to the clear invasion of that border over the past three years, thus permitting a gross insecurity of the rights of the several citizens to their protection and rights to their liberty and security.
He has revoked the permit for the Keystone XL pipeline that would have allowed fossil fuels to be transported from Canada across the United States. In doing this, he has acceded to the demands of climate activists, despite the fact that climate change and global warming have not been definitively determined as scientific fact.
He has, as a result of this, and his policy of continuing to import energy from outside the United States, caused massive inflation over the past three years, exploding the cost of goods and services in all sectors of the economy. This continues to exert undue hardships on the working class people of America.
He has, over the course of his administration, ceased to allow us to remain energy independent. Instead, these actions have allowed Venezuela, Russia and Iran to enrich themselves, thus effecting imbalances in the Mideast, Israel and Ukraine.
He has, in the swift and poorly planned evacuation of Afghanistan, caused the immediate deaths of thirteen servicepeople as well as abandoning valuable assets, human and materiel to the powers that had hitherto waged terrorism there. In doing so, he abandoned a strategic base from which the Chinese could be surveilled.
He has extolled the recent rise in the phenomenon of transgenderism going so far as to celebrating it at the White House, thus giving further impetus to the tyranny of the minority.
He has attempted to give legality to the forgiveness of student debt, despite his actions being outlawed by the Supreme Court, thus attempting to levy a hidden tax upon the middle class. In doing so, he has devalued the tenets of the Constitution.
He has permitted the US to rejoin the Paris Climate Accords, overturning the action of his predecessor. In doing so, he further levies another burden upon our debt, and this, despite the fact that climate change has not been determined to be scientific fact.
He has fostered a further divide amongst the peoples of these several States through his incendiary rhetoric against the supporters of the MAGA movement.
He has continued to exacerbate tensions between races by declaring “white privilege” to be the greatest terroristic threat facing the nation, when every statistical analysis debunks this idea. He has permitted us to rejoin the World Health Organization, which group would seek to obviate US sovereignty in the event of an impending pandemic.
He has terminated the 1776 Commission initiated by the previous administration, which offered a conservative perspective on historical events, while simultaneously refusing to debunk Critical Race Theory.
He allowed the unfreezing of many millions of dollars to the government of Iran, an avowed enemy of the United States, thus indirectly allowing the atrocities that occurred in Israel on October 7. 2023
He has steadfastly refused to speak out against the recent rash of ant-Semitism that is continuing to be experienced in the several States, while being quick to point out the displacements of Palestinians.
He has equivocated as a result of the ongoing Israeli-Hamas War, failing to realize that Israel is doing everything it has to in. order to defend its own sovereignty and very survival.
He has presided over a weak leadership in light of the escalating instability in the Middle East, allowing erosion of trade there, loss of servicepeople there, and further threats to the stability of the region at large.
He continues to allow the erosion of the stability and sovereignty of these several united States by wantonly allowing the unvetted arrival of hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants through our southern border, causing erosion of life in our largest cities, particularly New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. These illegals are often given housing precedence over our own US veterans. As a further result, crime is increasing in these cities and neighborhoods are being threatened. He has refused to speak out against the burgeoning fentanyl crisis in this country, mostly fostered by the open-border policy which his administration blithely ignores, as the Mexican drug cartels are able to transport these drugs via illegal entries.
His lack of strong leadership, coupled with his questionable mental health have resulted in a loss of American prestige and hegemony abroad, thus allowing our enemies to become more emboldened. The recent Russian incursion into Ukraine, their continuing war, the Israeli-Hamas conflict, and the ongoing Chinese threats to Taiwan are chief among these.
Therefore, We the People of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these States solemnly publish and declare, That these United States are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to Joseph R Biden, and that all political connection between them and him is and ought to be totally dissolved; the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
