Values and Votes: A Letter to the Youth of America

0

This letter is addressed to young people, the youth of America, those people who are now termed GenZers and maybe even some who consider themselves millennials. You are the present and the future of America. This is true whether old folks like me acknowledge it or not. You are the people who are beginning to hold the positions of influence and power. You are now the majority of persons within these United States.

I  hope I may be bold enough to presume that you could possibly learn something from an old codger like me. If God wants, I will have attained my eightieth birthday by next spring. But once I was young, just like you. You have your own ideas about the world and how it should be run, how life is to be lived, and how the earth should be managed. You want to manage your own lives, male your own mistakes, have your own experiences. You feel you are brighter and more with it than the older generations, and that, after all, you are inheriting the earth. You want to go forward, not backward.

Perhaps it is to you young people that Ms. Harris is appealing when she directs her campaign thusly. But there is something none of us should discount in going forward. I speak of tradition in the sense of that which keeps us conserving the good that we learn from past experience. It is tradition that urges us to propel the good that we have garnered through our experience forward into the future generations.

What we have been handed down as a society, as a nation, as a species has been encoded in our law. In the United States, it has been enshrined in our Constitution and in our laws. And though we have undoubtedly grown without the benefit of perfection, we have been tending toward an increased sense of justice.

But I have seen this societal sense of tradition, this sense of those norms and values that are worthy of transmission to the succeeding generations, being eroded. In insidious ways, the very sense of law and order is being trivialized. There is, I think, something seriously hazardous to the underpinnings of society when laws are changed so that theft of property of less than a thousand dollars from a business establishment s may be done with impunity. There is, I believe, something terribly dangerous to the welfare of a society when petty criminals are released again and again to traffic  their crimes over and over without fear of just punishment. And there is, I know, something surly foreboding and threatening in the broadest sense, to a nation that ignores the laws that have served it well for centuries in favor of disposing itself to open borders, riotous protests, and the seemingly willful neglect of law enforcement in its major cities.

Group intelligence depends chiefly upon two major impulses. The impulse of language and the impulse of memory. Societal memory may be properly termed a sense of history. History, if it is to remain objective, must remember and record the facts of the past, the good as well as the bad. The record of the past includes written history, art and artifacts. To despoil statues of Confederate generals, ostensibly because they are believed to be on the wrong side of history, to trivialize the Founding Fathers of our nation and the amazing efforts they undertook to give birth to these United States because many of them were slave owners in a society where slavery had long been the norm in the larger world as well as the Western World, to punish segments of society for the transgressions of people that never were perfect in the past is foolhardy at best and dangerous at worst.

The impulse of language similarly governs group intelligence. The flippant use of words without clear regard for their meanings, meanings imbued by past events, can be similarly destructive. When Donald Trump is termed “Nazi,” with no real regard for the meaning of the term as it was known in the past, is to show scant awareness for the horrors that were wrought upon millions of persons in the middle of the twentieth century. Similarly, to call him a “Hitler,” without justification is to denigrate the Holocaust as a real phenomenon which visited horrors upon millions of people. Hillary Clinton’s use of the term “deplorables” with a similar lack of justification for an entire mass of persons, is similarly dangerous.Joe Biden’s reference to MAGA supporters as “dangerous”is itself dangerous as well.

“All people are created equal”, as our Declaration of Independence declares. This is the equality that derives from freedom, the freedom to be whatever we decide to be. Equity, which seeks to bring all human beings to the same level, is not equality. Everyone may begin in this equality, but they will not all end in this equality. By virtue of genetics, nurture and nature, some people become richer in money, others produce many children, still others great works of art or literature, some become great sports figures, still others inventors and explorers, others criminals and murderers.

Despite what may or may not be lacking in your education, you should all know this. Each of you was created an individual, free human being. It is my fervent belief that each one of you, each of us, is created by a Divine Source to be unique.  No  two fingerprints are exactly alike, no two faces, no two human beings. And I sincerely believe that each of us has been created to fulfill some unique purpose while on this earth. It is your task to find out what this is.

Our system of government, our economic system of free economic enterprise, while still evolving to perfection, offers each of you the best chance to succeed in finding your life’s purpose. It is a system built on the belief in individual liberty, on the freedom to develop ourselves uniquely, and to aspire to what has been termed “the American dream.”

We each need to perceive that we are free to find ourselves. We cannot do so if we are enslaved by economic chains that maintain us in groupthink uniformity, that depress groups of people in favor of others, that enable masses of people to persist in fear that terrorism, war and evil will hold sway.

The United States has, for generations now, been the beacon of the world. If we flourish, other nations will want to emulate us, not by seeking to overflow our borders, but striving to remain where they have come to be, finding their unique place and purpose in those societies.

If you want to fall into a mediocre country of mediocre people, mindless of how and where we have arrived as the American ideal, if you want to be overburdened by economic policies of group oppression, which will make everyone but the rich poor, if you want a nation that will stifle innovation and produce a lower standard of living for all, then, by all means, vote for Kamala Harris.

But if you want to participate in a nation that honors its tradition, learns from its mistakes, offers the world a safe-haven and a beacon against world-wide danger, a nation that remembers all the good traditions of the past, the source of its endowments, a nation that affords opportunity for you as individuals to develop your unique sense of purpose, get out and vote for Donald John Trump. And tell all your friends to do likewise. Do not be dismayed by age. I am almost eighty and I am writing this. Moses led the children of Israel out of Egypt at the same eighty-year mark. Respect and learn from your elders. Remember that, as you will be there too one day.

Everyone, in the final analysis, winds up equal – regardless of what they have done while on earth.  This is true despite how much money, education or fame they may or may not have obtained. In the end, we all have to pass from this life. Don’t you want to make your mark upon the world by finding your own unique purpose, the reason Divine Being brought you into being?

Why I’m Suing Lancaster County Officials

I recently filed a wide-ranging lawsuit against Lancaster County and several of its top officials, accusing them of violating federal election laws and my constitutional rights in the handling of absentee ballots during the 2022 election cycle. My lawsuit includes multiple counts, alleging that officials mishandled ballots, blocked access to public information, and retaliated against me for my efforts to expose these problems.

Allegations of Election Mismanagement

I believe that Lancaster County’s election officials mishandled thousands of absentee ballots, including re-marking ballots without voter knowledge or authorization. In my lawsuit, I claim that 14,000 ballots were replaced as part of a flawed process that violated the Help America Vote Act (HAVA). This process deprived voters of their right to verify their selections and correct any errors, undermining the integrity of the election.

Concerned about the integrity of the election process, I requested public records from the county, but officials refused to provide the information and stonewalled my efforts to obtain transparency. The lawsuit points to the county’s failure to investigate 22,000 original ballots, raising serious questions about whether votes were accurately counted.

Constitutional Rights Violations

My lawsuit also accuses county officials of violating my First Amendment rights, specifically my right to free speech and to petition the government. I experienced retaliation from officials for speaking out about election problems, and they blocked me from accessing crucial election records. This retaliation, I believe, limited my ability to campaign and advocate for fair elections.

Furthermore, I allege that officials denied me my right to due process by obstructing my attempts to challenge the election’s integrity. The county’s lack of transparency and refusal to provide records deprived me of the legal means to pursue my grievances, effectively cutting me off from seeking redress through government channels.

Equal Protection and Conspiracy Claims

Additionally, I believe Lancaster County officials violated my right to equal protection under the law by treating me differently from other candidates and voters. Their unequal treatment in handling public records requests and absentee ballots, in my view, was part of a broader effort to undermine my candidacy.

I also include a conspiracy claim in my lawsuit, accusing the officials of working together to suppress my efforts to ensure election transparency. I allege that top officials, including Jacqueline Pfursich, Joshua Parsons, Ray D’Agostino, and Christa Miller, coordinated to obstruct my access to information and retaliate against me for my advocacy.

Seeking Justice

My legal complaint outlines several violations of federal and state laws, including claims under the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and the Pennsylvania Constitution. I am seeking a variety of remedies, including:

  • Declaratory Relief – I want the court to declare that Lancaster County’s actions violated my constitutional and legal rights.
  • Injunctive Relief – I am asking the court to stop county officials from continuing to obstruct my access to public records and retaliating against me.
  • Compensatory and Punitive Damages – I am seeking compensation for the harm caused, including emotional distress, financial losses, and damage to my reputation. Additionally, I am pursuing punitive damages to hold officials accountable for what I believe are deliberate and unlawful actions.

Broader Implications

This lawsuit highlights broader concerns about election transparency and the handling of absentee ballots, which could have wider implications for how elections are managed in Lancaster County and beyond. My case questions whether officials acted within the bounds of the law when managing absentee ballots without proper oversight or transparency, and whether their actions in blocking access to public information violated fundamental constitutional rights.

If successful, this case could lead to significant changes in how Lancaster County conducts elections and manages public records, particularly concerning absentee ballots and election transparency. It could also hold county officials personally accountable for their actions, especially if the court finds that they overstepped their legal authority.

In summary, my lawsuit against Lancaster County and its officials alleges a broad range of violations related to election mismanagement, retaliation, and denial of my rights. The case raises serious questions about election integrity and transparency, and I am seeking both legal remedies and damages for the harm I believe their actions have caused. You can learn more about the details of my case at showmetheballotst.net.

Franklin County GOP Calls on Shapiro to Follow Law with Timely Count of Ballots

The Franklin County Republican committee demanded this week that governor Josh Shapiro follow state law and ensure an efficient and continuous count of the ballots. Typically, elections that have taken longer to decide have been less trusted.
The committee invites other county committees and grassroots groups to follow suit. Those who do, and inform them that they have done so, will be included in a public listing of those who have also made the demand. They have encouraged signatories to act quickly to have their committees and organizations included.

Following is the letter that was sent by the Franklin County Republican Committee:

In August 2024, Pennsylvania Secretary of State Al Schmidt informed Pennsylvanians to not expect the results of the presidential race to be ready by election day. Secretary Schmidt cited that large numbers of Republicans will vote by mail-in ballot adding to the volume that by law must be processed on election day. We find it unacceptable that the election results may not be called on election day. This potential resource shortage is known in advance and should be fixed by administrative action to comply with the law.

We are concerned that the government may ignore calling the election on November 5th. Secretary Schmidt faulted Pennsylvania Republican lawmakers for failing to pass a bill permitting pre-canvassing of ballots, perhaps preparing to blame-shift. Secretary Schmidt referred to counting ballots accurately and securely, however, fails to prioritize “legally.” Multiple news channels and even your PA website appear to be conditioning the public to not expect results on election day for lack of resources. The PA.votes.gov website that lists dates for election actions in 2024 warns: All dates in this calendar are subject to change without notice.

Governor Shapiro, Pennsylvania suffers under suspicion of election mismanagement or worse in recent elections. Many complaints and much evidence had been forthcoming but were either ignored or summarily dismissed. Past mismanagement included extending the counting days without properly securing counting facilities, accepting mismarked envelopes on mail-in ballots that proved to be invalid, yet the contents were counted. Contested prejudicial rulings were made but too close to the election for effective challenge.

We are inspired by your ability to handle extraordinary challenges as you did with the rapid replacement of the collapsed bridge span on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia. As governor, you are responsible for implementing state laws and overseeing the operation of the state executive branch. The Secretary of State, who is responsible to oversee elections in Pennsylvania, was appointed by you and falls under your leadership and direction. It is certainly within your duty and capability to support the mandated, timely vote counting process.

For these reasons, the Franklin County Republican Committee believes it is imperative that you use your considerable managerial capabilities to ensure our vote counting operations have the full resources required to fully process ballots on election day.

Fred Young III
Chairman
Franklin County Republican Committee

October Surprises! Penn State Rolls Out Red Carpet for Democrats

Prominent Democrat AOC to Rally on Campus

In what appears to be a last-minute attempt to boost Democrat voter registration in Pennsylvania, Penn State University is directly coordinating with Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign to bring U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-New York) to the university’s main campus in Centre County for a campaign event just days before the battleground state’s October 21 voter-registration deadline.

Ocasio-Cortez is scheduled to appear on the Penn State campus Friday for the “Penn State Students for Harris-Walz Get Out the Early Vote Rally,” as announced by The Daily Collegian and Onward State on Tuesday.

According to a source at Penn State, the Ocasio-Cortez visit was coordinated by Penn State officials – who control the use of school property by outside organizations. Student groups seeking to sponsor and host similar events must meet strict guidelines and calendar deadlines.

Ocasio-Cortez’s last-minute visit falls outside the official required timeline for an invitation from any student group. However, the student group Students for Harris at Penn State will be coordinating Get-Out-the-Vote efforts during and after the rally. Students for Harris at Penn State was officially recognized by the university on August 1, just weeks after President Biden withdrew from the presidential race.

Former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy also has an event scheduled on campus on Thursday. However, the Trump-campaign surrogate was invited to speak by the Penn State chapter of Turning Point USA prior to the deadline for rallies and demonstrations imposed by the university.

Vivek coming to Penn State GraphicThe university also changed the original location of Ramaswamy’s event – moving it to a smaller space on campus with a maximum seating capacity of 350. According to the university, the move is based on security standards applied by Penn State to “controversial speakers. Ocasio-Cortez did not initially appear to be regarded as “controversial”. When the label is applied, fewer venues are available speakers, and more restrictive planning and security measures are required. It’s unclear how the university determines which speakers are “controversial” and which are not.

Penn State policies governing political activity, speakers, and demonstrations can be found here:

Penn State’s invitation to Ocasio-Cortez comes on the heels of another controversial move by the university in coordination with Centre County’s Democrat-led Board of Elections:

University Welcomes On-Campus Elections Office

A “satellite elections office” was fast-tracked and opened on campus Monday, over the objections of many in the community. The office conducts voter registration and allows visitors to request mail-in ballots and return them on the spot.

Satellite elections office at Penn State

Centre County Republican Committee Chair, Michelle Schellberg, questions the fairness and timing of the move and points to the failure of the county commissioners to provide a similar office in under-served communities, many of which are home to the elderly and low-income individuals.

“It is deeply concerning that a satellite voting office was established at the last minute, serving only PSU and neighboring State College borough, while rural regions, particularly those outside the State College area, have been left without equal access,” said Schellberg.

“This creates an imbalance in voter access, especially for those in rural communities who already face challenges in participating fully in the democratic process. Every citizen deserves an equal opportunity to vote, and it is crucial that election authorities ensure voting facilities are equitably distributed, not just focused on more densely populated and Democrat areas.”

The Centre County GOP Committee has not been granted access to the office and no GOP poll watchers or workers are permitted to observe activities inside, according to Schellberg.

Centre County Commissioners Mark Higgins and Amber Concepcion with Sec. Schmidt

“Satellite offices like this one are a terrific improvement to voter accessibility,” Secretary of the Commonwealth Al Schmidt told StateCollege.com during a visit to the satellite office. “When I ran elections in Philadelphia County … we opened up a number of these offices.”

Democrat County Commissioner Amber Concepcion also touted the office and its location, specifically mentioning the easy voting access it provides to university employees and students.

“The goal of this office is to provide convenient access for voters in a location that is both the population and employment center of the county, as well as the location with the highest concentration of new voters who may have questions for staff about the voting process,” Concepcion told the news outlet.

Pennsylvania is a critical battleground state in the upcoming presidential election.

Vance Wins Over The Skeptical

As a person skeptical of JD Vance, I may have turned a corner last night. HE … IS…A…SAVAGE. Disappointingly, this wasn’t the type of debate to grab your popcorn and your stress incontinence underwear from the laughter. However, I did learn that I would never want to debate JD Vance. He was grounded, relaxed, and thorough in his thoughts. I cannot imagine his wife being able to win an argument.

CBS had the typical line of liberal anger inducing questions focused on gun violence, climate change, January 6th, abortion, Obamacare, etc. I am not sure where these people live, but I would like to afford food, not be in World War III, or feel like I need a gun to walk around the city as a female. Inflation is making the American Dream unattainable, but the democrats are more worried about women being able to murder a child. If no one can afford to buy a beef patty, how is someone going to afford an abortion? Perhaps Americans need to rethink their voting priorities. Which takes me to a fact checking statement that everyone seemed to miss. Dear Tampon Tim, Amber Thurman died because of the abortion pill they gave her, not because she couldn’t get an abortion… but I digress. “If kamala Harris has such great plans for how to address middle-class problems, then she ought to do them now;” Vance stated. He went on to highlight the 25% increase in food costs and the 60% increase in housing costs. However, while that’s what the media (and Vance) keeps stating, my wallet would say it is much higher. My chickens seem to be producing smaller eggs but trying to convince me they are the same size while increase their demand for food as payment (you get my drift?).

As the liberals are crying out on X that “JD Vance is a weaponized Trump,” I can only say that I hope so. Trump policies with a person unstirred and articulate is exactly what we need. Vance comes off as a person that could be anyone’s neighbor, just not one you want to get into a dispute with.

Vance’s ability to fact check when the fact checkers absent was unparalleled. While MSNBC accused Vance of “mansplaining” and offending women, I would ask MSNBC, which women? Personally, I love a man that can correct course with facts and explain his position. Which safe space are these weak women coming from to get so offended?

On the topic of Hurricane Helene that devasted my childhood home, Vance expressed sympathy and made a commitment that the Trump government will put the citizens of this country first again. In the meantime, if we could rename North Carolina to Ukraine, perhaps they could get some attention from the current, nonexistent administration. Has anyone seen Joe lately? Asking for a friend… the Ukraine.

If climate change has you concerned, Vance killed on that as well. He correctly pointed out that bringing manufacturing and energy production back to the United States is a cleaner approach and Harris would do that if she believed in her own rhetoric. The amount of petroleum needed to create and deliver the “clean energy” doesn’t fit the typical leftist narrative… and I am not going to even begin to get into the health issues. Leftists have been wrong on climate change for my entire life. They had the 6 year old me thinking I was going to melt from acid rain and currently, we are way past the threat of losing our shores as Al Gore proclaimed… perhaps him and Biden are hiding together.

Immigration and fentanyl go hand-in-hand and it is hard to ignore this crisis for any American. First and foremost, I would like to offer up the personal homes of individuals who think that anyone and everyone should be able to enter the United States unchecked. Martha’s Vineyard quickly moved them out when they showed up, so I am thinking the average left leaning illegal alien denier probably has no clue what is actually happening. Cat munching is the least of the worries. Vance stated, “We have a historic immigration crisis because Kamala Harris started and said that she wanted to undo all of Donald Trump’s border policies. 94 executive orders suspending deportations, decriminalizing illegal aliens, massively increasing the asylum fraud that exists in our system that has opened the floodgates…and what it’s meant is that a lot of fentanyl is coming into our country.” While I completely agree with this statement, someone has to say it . . . the fentanyl crisis stems from our medical system. It is the doctors and pharmaceutical company’s cozy relationship where the doctors are clueless of the consequences and the pharmaceutical companies are using their own research to hide it. Thank goodness Robert Kennedy Junior is there to make some connections for the Trump Vance candidacy.

Lastly, I couldn’t help but chuckle at Walz trying to blame Trump for the Iranian threat after Walz declared that Iran has never been closer to having a nuclear weapon than today. Perhaps this is a great time to remind Walz, that Harris has been in office the last four years and under the Trump administration, there were no new wars. A first for as far back as I can remember.

So as we enter World War III under the Biden Harris administration, remember, food and shelter are important for your survival. Perhaps these should run higher on the voting priority list along with keeping ourselves out of war or at least funding every war around the world when we can’t even rescue our own citizens. And while we didn’t get any cat eating comments, Walz did let us know that he has “become friends with school shooters.” I bet he has.

Pennsylvania Elections Four Years Later: Has Anything Changed?

The 2020 election brought about one of the biggest psychologically damaging moments to our nation. It was a year during which Act77 in Pennsylvania was passed and voting rights were extended to allow mail-in voting, and congruently, fraud.  We saw across the nation how votes mysteriously jumped in the early morning hours. People went to bed expecting a Trump win and woke up to the Biden nightmare.

Every election, as far back as I can remember, where the Republicans won, the Democrats would decry foul play and contest the results.  The 2020 election was one where it was quite obvious something was wrong. We could all feel it, documentaries were made about it, and the government used the justice system to weaponize our own government against us.  Every Communist trick in the book was used to ensure the citizens could not question the outcome, including going after the politicians who followed their constituent’s request to look into it.  This is well demonstrated where on January 6th, Congressman Scott Perry stood in the chamber and wanted some answers.  Since then, there has been a target on Perry’s back, most recently from PA Governor Josh Shapiro from the DNC floor as he cried from his DNC safe space declaring he would go after Perry 4 years later. Shapiro could use some counseling to get over it at this point.  The bigger question is “Why?”: Why did the government actively suppress the information if Biden legitimately won the election?  They have never done that before.

More concerning is that four years later, there are actually Republicans pushing the narrative of “free, safe, fair, and secure” elections without any recognition that there is 50% of the voting populace that are still disenfranchised. Pennsylvanians and former politicians, Lou Barletta and Mark Schweiker proudly put out an opinion piece in the Pennsylvania Post Gazette that they have joined the board of “RightCount,” a nonprofit that, at first glance, says is an “organization with the mission to help fortify and protect the rule of law in the tabulation of voting across the United States.”  However, it seems more like a propaganda organization that is to drive home the narrative of misinformation without actually looking at election integrity.

What is telling is the wording. For example, from their article, it states that “misinformation destroys confidence in elections and represents a critical threat to public safety.”  This language is directly from the Brennan Center which is a Soros funded election integrity organization, just on the other side of the aisle.  I guess we are going to ignore the millions of marginalized voters who have been asking for audits, with evidence, for years with some of them getting sued over it.  The other thing that jumps out is, currently, free speech figureheads like the head of Telegram are being arrested in the name of “misinformation.”  The UK is arresting people who they deem have misguided memes or ones that are offensive.  Are these guys looking to uproot our first amendment so that free speech is taken away … this is a question for the liberals and RINO Republicans alike.

Next, in the opinion piece is the idea that “the strength of our democracy depends on the confidence that every eligible voter has a voice and that every vote is counted accurately” and continues on with, “it’s time we bring down the temperature, cut through false rhetoric and highlight the ongoing efforts and successes in maintaining the integrity of Pennsylvania’s election system.” I am just curious: “What changes have been made in Pennsylvania since the 2020 election to correct the fraud issue?”.  It seems these two and their organizations are great at talking, but the action falls short – to like… none. In Pennsylvania, we have had no changes to the machines that we know do have access to the internet (there are screenshots of their Bluetooth connections), we have not seen widespread voter roll clean ups, and our governor has used the driver’s license system to give illegal immigrants access to voting rights (registering them during the process of getting a driver’s license). So, while these two say they want integrity, first, it would need to be restored. And neither seem to have an interest in that.  And while they say they want to continuously improve the system, wouldn’t that require changes along the way?  Dear Schweiker and Barletta: We have no voter confidence in Pennsylvania. It is the same “SURE” system that has been in place where most of us are quite unsure.  As they want to declare that the commonwealth has measures to ensure the election process is secure and safe for voter registration and certification of results, in actuality, the DOS (Department of State) has done nothing here.  Each county has their own rules and approaches to implementing confusing and unlawful direction. And yet continues to remain in place to this day.

Another argument cited says that every first-time voter must show an ID.  However, with the mail-in voters, this is patently false. Counties are required to verify, however, if there is a lack of information, the DOS’s official statement is they have to register.  This is a misinterpretation of federal election law.  Identification should be required every time a person votes.  We need it to buy alcohol, Sudafed, and for nearly every aspect of life at this point. Why are we avoiding it for one of the most important rights as a United States citizen?  Another blatant lie says that Pennsylvania collaborates with other states to reduce duplicate registrations. In some counties, they have 90% voter registration of their entire population.  This is statistically impossible. Are we registering babies in this process? It gets worse: This number is after the state was sued by Judicial Watch and Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) to remove deceased and unqualified people from the rolls.

And while they say that the drop boxes are under constant surveillance, there is no statutory requirement for this and the drop boxes themselves are a creation of the courts. When citizens have tried to monitor these drop boxes, they have been falsely accused of criminal activity and harassment.

Schweiker and Barletta also claim accuracy is at the forefront of our elections as they push their narrative.  There are a couple of audits that happen. First, machines are checked for accuracy of ballot information delivered (which isn’t much of an audit unless not connected to internet and a hand count from both parties are held). The county board of elections does pull a 2% random sample of 2000 ballots for a recount, but this is really just another limiting audit, so “audit” is a stretch. This is really a statistical tool that measures accuracy similar to ballot accuracy check.  These two gentlemen, actually believe these measures would catch and correct discrepancies. The measures may catch something, but the correction activity is unclear since it’s only a measure of accuracy. There is no requirement of action if discrepancies are found as we saw in the 2020 election. There is no reconciliation before the certification. And without a reconciliation, there is no audit.

These politicians state that there is collaboration between state and local officials. However, as a person who attended the House State Government Committee Hearings, this directly contradicts the statements given.

Moreso, there is a lack of recognition of true issues like our government issuing 628,000 non-citizen PennDOT licenses and IDs that allow non-citizens to go on the voter rolls. No action has been taken to ensure this is not happening.

These guys can yell from the roof tops about the effort to spread misinformation. However, the misinformation is coming from them.  There has been a concerted effort by government and other activist groups like “RightCount” and “Democracy Defense Project” to silence, marginalize, and gaslight voters into the “fair, safe, and secure” storyline.  I have been at the polls when Republican ballots ran out and people lost their opportunity to vote, saw when Northampton, PA lost election night USB sticks, and am aware of the inflated voter rolls. It is more like an abusive relationship where the spouse is beaten into submission . . .and now we have Republicans actually doing the abuse.

As the populace, we have to wake up, put the Democrats and the RINO Republicans in their safe spaces, and not continue the Biden nightmare with a fraudulent Harris win.

Nein: NEVER Again

Never again never again NEVER AGAIN!

They shouted

The Jews that had survived the concentration

Camps,

The children of the refugees returning

(they had the good fortune to survive-

was it good sense though?)

Nein they said in German

‘Nein’ they said in Yiddish

No No No no no no NO NO NO

It must not happen again

We must never forget.

I knew a man

He came from Auschwitz

He was a good Polish Jewish boy.

He asked the rabbi

When he was just a tot

He wanted to know a lot

He wanted to know too much.

He asked the rabbi

“Rabbi,’ said Chaim,

‘Eef Adam und Eve wair

thee feerst people alife,

aand Cain thair soun

went aut to fuke his vife,

from vair deed Cainss vooman

coom anyvay? Can you please

tell me, rabbi’

The rabbi slapped him on the head

And told him he would tell him another time.

(He was smart that Chaim

He was smart.)

He grew up in ghetto Poland

And in the persecution of the Nazis

He was taken captive

And his wife and baby son were lost to him.

They were all put on the trains together

And they were huddled together

In cattle cars Chaim and his wife and his baby son

together with the others.

Then they came to a juncture,

A split in the track

And they stopped.

Chaim was holding his young boy

in his arms (he was a boy of about three

as old as my son was when he told to me

this story.)

All at once his wife

Grabbed the boy

Away from Chaim

And held him to her breast.

“Vaat are you dooink”

he said surprised

at her urgent plea.

“Chaim,” she said,

“vee are to die. Vee are to DIE.”

They left together

On another train

He never saw them

Again.

They died just like she said

they would (or so he so

presumed.)

The sycophantic sick

German Nazis

which ran the camps

liked to play games.

Chaim’s cousin was

With him in the same camp.

One day they set the prisoners

Out for a forced march or run

Barefoot in the cold.

All at once they yelled

“Alle Juden halten”

All the Jews stop!

His cousin thinking they wanted

The reverse kept running

As did the others (mostly gentiles)

Chaim stopped at once.

His cousin was shot in the back.

It was the luck of the draw.

Another time they dug a big pit

And there were rocks and stones

of all sizes and shapes.

And this was their game:

You had to go down and get a stone

and bring it to the top of the pit.

& everytime you got another stone

you had to bring a larger one up.

So Chaim (who knew the  Nazis

tired sooner than later

of their games) espied

the situation.

He reasoned (eef oi take

a teeny leetle pebble foist

ahnd then oi’ll take a leetle

biggah, I veel be able to take

ounteel dey might get tired

And so he carefully looked

(But not too slowly or the

guards would get upset)

to get the tiniest rocks he

could so that  he could pick

the larger ones and still

climb the pit.

He saw several of his

comrades fall beneath

the weight of the rocks

they could not carry

as that pit became

their grave.

But Chaim survived:

Was it his cunning

or did the Nazis tire

of  their game before

it was his time to expire?

Chaim was freed by the

Americans in forty-five,

Just about the time I arrive

Upon the scene. He was

Dying of dysentery in the camp

And, as luck would have it

He espied (or was espied upon)

a doctor from his town

Who had been in the same

camp confined there all the time.

Chaim was shitting his brains

Out and he would have surely died

When his friend the doctor told

The authorities to feed him

Pancakes and they made him

Bind and he survived

To tell to me his story;

And I tell it now to you.

I saw his yellow sewn-on

Jewish star, his mogen David

On his strip`ed jacket worn

And so I know his story

To be true.

Chaim finished out his days in

The Bronx: he was a Jewish

Ghetto landlord.

His second wife died of ovarian cancer

At sixty-five, leaving him

A widower once again.

He never told his second son

About his former life or wife

Or that his son had a brother

Who had died in the camps.

Alzheimer’s disease finally

Accomplished what the Nazis

Could not.

Number nine

Number nine

Number nine.

number 9

number 9

number 9…

number nein

number nein

number nein…..

Non-Partisan Election Validity Group Files Landmark Lawsuit in Pennsylvania

United Sovereign Americans, Inc., a nonpartisan, all-volunteer election validity advocate group, and two Pennsylvania residents, have filed a Writ of Mandamus, directed to the following Pennsylvania officials and organizations – Secretary of the Commonwealth, the Bureau of Elections, the Bureau of Election Security and Technology, the Department of State, and the state Attorney General.

They have also named Attorney General Merrick Garland and the United States Department of Justice as additional “Respondents.”

They are claiming that the officials named above are not performing their duty to follow existing laws that safeguard our elections.

“A writ of mandamus is a judicial remedy in the English and American common law system consisting of a court order that commands a government official or entity to perform an act it is legally required to perform as part of its official duties, or to refrain from performing an act the law forbids it from doing. Writs of mandamus are usually used in situations where a government official has failed to act as legally required or has taken a legally prohibited action.”

The Petitioners assert, “The Congress of the United States has outlined the minimum standards which must be maintained by every state in order for a federal election to be considered reliable. As outlined below, in Pennsylvania’s 2022 federal election those minimum standards were not met by commonwealth election officials rendering the certified election results that year unreliable. Respondents in their official capacities engaged in insufficient efforts to ensure that the 2022 performance is not repeated in subsequent federal elections beginning in 2024.”

These standards include…

  1. only properly registered voters cast votes
  2. only votes properly cast are counted correctly
  3. all voting systems are compliant with all critical infrastructure requirements and every ballot is correctly and uniformly processed, as well as accurately tabulated and secured
  4. the authenticity of every ballot counted is proven by the maintenance of a comprehensive, unbroken chain of custody from the voter’s hand to the final certified result, and the Commonwealth election officials maintain records of said chain of custody post-election
  5. certification of future elections is understood to be an official act under penalty of perjury.

“The certification by Pennsylvania officials of the 2022 election was done despite the integrity of the election being suspect on account of apparent error rates occurring in that election that exceeded the error rate Congress permits before federal election results cannot be relied upon as accurate, and the Commonwealth did nothing to investigate those apparent errors before certifying the election.”

They cite “the fact that Pennsylvania’s voter registration rolls, contained hundreds of thousands of potential errors at the time of the 2022 General Election… in the form of illegal duplicate registrations, voters with invalid or illogical voter history, voters placed in inactive statuses on questionable authority, backdated registrations, registrations with a modified date prior to registration, invalid or illogical registration dates, age discrepant registrants, and registrants with questionable addresses.”

They conclude, “Such errors jeopardize the validity of elections throughout the Commonwealth, bring doubt as to the accuracy and integrity of the Commonwealth’s currently-in-place voting systems, undermine Pennsylvanian’s collective voting rights, all in violation of existing state and federal election laws.”

These issues have been brought to the attention of the Respondents, “who have done absolutely nothing to address these errors ensuring future elections will suffer from the same deficiencies.”

Individual Petitioners include Diane Houser. In 2022, she discovered that her vote was not recorded in Pennsylvania’s Statewide Uniform Registry of Electors (“SURE”) system, even though she had voted in person. She reported numerous issues to authorities and was ignored numerous times.

Dean Dreibelbis observed and reported numerous election issues, apparent errors, loopholes, and discrepancies to authorities and was, each time, ignored.

Although not involved in this action, the Petitioners cite data from Audit The Vote PA, a non-partisan, non-profit organization organized in Pennsylvania. Although not a named petitioner, they also uncovered overwhelming evidence of registration problems in the 2020 and 2022 elections. For the 2022 election they found…

  • 54,463 people voted in a county in which they were no longer living; and 8,177 people voted despite not actually living in Pennsylvania;
  • 6,356 people were credited as submitting a mail-in ballot, but did not have any votes credited in Pennsylvania’s SURE system;
  • 69,832 mail ballots were sent to an address unaffiliated with the voter’s registration;
  • 18,589 people requested multiple ballots be sent to multiple addresses, with some people requesting additional ballots to be sent to up to four (4) separate addresses; and
  • 5,492 registrations show as having two votes on record in two separate counties.

They cite Help America Votes Act (“HAVA”), the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution, “Marbury v. Madison,” the National Voter Registration Act (“NVRA”), and existing Pennsylvania election laws.

The Petitioners are not accusing anyone of election fraud or aiming to overturn any election. Instead, they wish to counter future election irregularities and ensure the rights of Pennsylvania citizens.

United Sovereign Americans peer-reviewed data teams analyzed Pennsylvania’s voter registration data from the 2022 general election and found “hundreds of thousands of voter registration apparent errors in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. These apparent errors were not uniform across Pennsylvania – some counties had far more registration apparent errors than others.”

Out of 8,755,458 voter registrations, there was a total of 3,192,069 voter registration violations including:

  • 20,097 illegal duplicates, where the same voter has multiple registrations
  • 43,083 illegal or invalid vote history
  • 28,256 backdated registrations
  • 268,493 registrations where the period of active registration conflicts with the registration participation
  • 448,335 invalid or illogical registration dates
  • 633,508 illegal or invalid registration changes
  • 154,913 registrants with questionable address
  • 1,580,750 registrations with records altered after certification
  • They found 1,198,598 evident voting violations, and 1,089,750 unique votes impacted by apparent voting violations, including…
  • 8,026 illegal duplicates, where the same voter has multiple registrations.
  • 340,266 invalid or illogical registration dates
  • 632,215 illegal or invalid registration changes
  • 59,609 registrants with questionable addresses
  • 138,291 registrants with altered votes after certification

Bruce Castor Jr., the lawyer who took up the case on behalf of United Sovereign Americans, has had a long career in Pennsylvania and has represented clients from Bill Cosby to Rudy Giuliani. He is a former Montgomery County district attorney and county commissioner who briefly served as acting Pennsylvania attorney general in 2016. Perhaps most notably, Castor defended Donald Trump in 2021 during the former president’s second impeachment trial in the U.S. Senate.

Castor said, “Congress set minimum standards for every federal election to be considered reliable… In Pennsylvania’s 2022 federal election those minimum standards were not met by Commonwealth election officials rendering the certified election results that year unreliable. Respondents have engaged in insufficient efforts to ensure that the unreliable 2022 performance is not repeated in subsequent federal elections beginning in 2024.”

(United Sovereign Americans attorney, Bruce Castor, is interviewed by Joe Hoff.)

The United Sovereign Americans mission is “to guard the validity of elections through education and litigation.” They have representatives in over twenty states analyzing voter databases and preparing legal actions. They recently joined a lawsuit in the state of Maryland, which is working its way through the courts.

United in What? The Plan in Their Own Words

I just read a book, and it disturbed me very much. Why? Because the book was written in their own words, by their own hands. Who are they?  You will soon find out. Before I even bought the book, I wanted to doubt. Before I even opened the cover, I wanted to be skeptical. I hoped beyond hope that the topics in the book and the warnings and postings I saw on social media, were only propaganda and hyperbole. I found out that it’s all true. Better to know the ugly truth than to pretend everything is sunshine and roses.

The book, “Earth for All, A Survival Guide for Humanity” might seem like a good resource for those of us looking for guidance on how to survive in the fast-paced world of today, or how to deal with high inflation and over-burdening taxes, or even how to battle the loss of individual liberties taken from us at every turn. You would think from the pleasing title, the book would be a pretty safe bet for advice on a happy existence. But this book has another, more nefarious reason for being in print, the reason is that it is the report given to the Club of Rome focusing on sustainability of our planet. If you haven’t heard of this group, The Club of Rome is an association consisting of one hundred members, including current and former heads of state, high-level government officials, UN administrators, scientists, economists, and business leaders from around the globe.  This “club” was founded in 1968 in Rome, Italy. The organization is currently based in Winterthur, Switzerland, and considers itself a platform of diverse thought leaders. They claim to have the ability to solve global issues by promoting policy initiatives that enable humanity to emerge from multiple planetary emergencies. Boy is that a mouthful! But I can summarize it in more simple terms by saying, this book is the viewpoint of domineering Marxist elites who think they have the knowledge, the power, and the right to make decisions on how every man, woman and child should live their life on planet Earth.

Some of the authors and commentators are well known names in the progressive globalist realm. For example, David Korten, author of, “When Corporations Rule the World, The Post Corporate World: Life After Capitalism. And Chandran Nair, who authored, “Dismantling Global White Privilege: Equity for a Post-Western World”. Jinfeng Zhou, Secretary General of China’s Biodiversity and Green Development Foundation. And Gaya Herrington, Vice President of ESG Research for Schneider Electric, who makes the assertion of knowing how to avoid an ecosystem collapse with “new electric opportunities”. Well, isn’t that convenient. I would say this last claim sums up the true underscoring of the whole book, which is, someone in the electric energy field is going to make a ton of money from the narrative told in this manuscript.

Sadly, it’s evident that these fortunetellers are using the same approach that’s been in existence since the beginning of time, selling snake oil to a confused and anxious population for their own agenda, benefit, and gain. The use of key terms like inequality, empowerment, food scarcity, poverty, and clean energy, enables them to employ the “wow” factor and make gigantic claims of how they can be the savior of mankind. It took 195 pages in this book for them to say how they are going to accomplish this, but I can sum it up in just one sentence. They are using psychological scare tactics to get people to do what they want.

But just to play along, let’s indulge in their story. First, by employing the buzz words used in the book to get everyone’s attention, let’s see how they are going to end poverty. It’s easy, just play the inequality card to promote progressive income and wealth taxes to redistribute income, and Boom! equity for all, problem solved! To empower women, promote a vision of “gender balance”, Phew, that was easy! But wait, there’s more. We must transform gender power by promoting LGBTQ to encourage less children and to reduce the population. It’s easy to read between the lines to see what their version of gender empowerment for women is. Educate women, place them in the workforce, and ensure less breeding to get the global population down below nine billion by 2050, their words–not mine. Now, let’s move on to food. How do they propose to stabilize food sources? Easy, just transform agriculture and diets. Start by getting rid of farm animals, too much land is taken up by livestock anyway and they produce too much greenhouse gas emissions and use up too much water. Again, their words—not mine. Oh, and I almost forgot, we must use only organic farming and eat lab-based beef. How do we make sure farmers are doing as the soothsayers demand?  By using GPS systems, satellites, drones, moisture sensors, and robots of course, just to track the farmers to make sure they behave properly. Rest assured, “The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change” concluded that cellular fermentation, cultured meat, plant-based alternatives and controlled environment agriculture will reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Hooray!

But now let’s get to the real meat of the problem, no pun intended. Energy. This is their bread and butter; this is where the government subsidies come in and the money is made. They make it sound so easy, just access wind and solar and transition to clean energy. Poof- all done! Replace fossil fuels with electrify everything, anything that burns fossil fuels needs to go! No one needs steel, cement or petrol. Don’t build anything new that connects to a flame, just use solar, wind, and batteries. Where do they get these cute little quips from? Not only do they tell us what to do, they tell us how to do it. We will consume less, not only by using electric vehicles but by using smaller and fewer electric vehicles. How can they achieve this? By using “more conscientious production methods”. We all know what that means, if they only produce what they want us to buy and the government regulates it, then that is all we get! And now for the irony, a tax on luxury carbon consumption, like private jets, (just like the people mentioned in this book use).  They don’t get rid of the luxury items, but to soften the misery for everyone, they just tax these items more and then distribute the stipend to each person. So simple, even an Oligarch could figure it out! And, to make your life easier, they will use a combination of digital infrastructure and complementary currencies for monetary transactions. What could go wrong!

Now, they do admittedly say, “This will cause disruptions, and will increase inequality in ways we cannot predict”. But their ready-made analogy doubles as the segue into their next agenda item which is to control the population when things go south: “In democratic societies, misinformation and disinformation has been kept at bay by the checks and balances of mass media. Social media has smashed this model apart and has industrialized the spread of mis and dis-information”. Oh boy!  To continue, “In the same way that social media has connected more people; it has also spread more misinformation to undermine democracy”. What does this really say? It says that the truth is a threat to them. It says that your first amendment right undermines their plot.

The appealing and poetic jargon employed in their manuscript, just melts my heart. When they pleasantly phrase things as, a “Well-Being Economy”, what they really mean is a “Marxist Economy”. When they graciously say the term “Democracy”, they are really substituting it for the word “Socialism”. They twist the words and frame the sentences to seem so innocuous, so helpful, so utopian, but what they are really espousing is the classic definition of Marxism. Marxism includes the belief that capitalism creates exploitative class divisions, Marxism advocates the abolishment of private property, and establish an egalitarian society where resources and labor are distributed based on need and ability, transcending political borders.

The authors of the book want to play God. They champion a universal dignity by imposing a profound redistribution of wealth. Where is the dignity for those who work and sacrifice to make a better life? They want to control the economy with the promise of prosperity for all by establishing a universal income. Where does the prosperity go for those who toil hard every day at their job? They want to strengthen labor rights and trade unions with talk of equality of land with common-farming and collectively shared plots. To do this they must take away the authority of individual property rights. Who will keep these collective land plots in order? Shall we go back to feudalism? Has any of this truly been thought out or has it been spun with all the pertinent little talking points that a master storyteller can convey? Just like any good fairytale, this saga is full of imagination, characters, setting, and plot. To keep this story from being a reality, I hope and pray that it stays exactly where it belongs, bound in the pages of the book, tucked tightly between its covers.
