Gender-Affirming Care

What the Left thinks: Services and expressions that enable a person to be comfortable with their gender dysphoria and, in fact, to embrace it. Physical sex changes are often recommended by those who embrace this belief.

Definition: Gender affirming care is provided by telling a biological male who suffers from gender dysphoria the truth by telling him that he can not change his gender. Similarly, by telling a biological female that she cannot change her gender. Delivering this truth in a loving and compassionate manner, that gender is not fluid. Finally, it involves helping them to find emotional and psychological support from someone who affirms these truths.

Description: Until recently, the belief by a person that they were a different gender than the one they were born was regarded as “gender dysphoria”. The true scientific community will always acknowledge this. The emerging pseudo-scientific community, which is heavily funded to support flawed studies and false conclusions, will not generally acknowledge this. There are no significant long-term studies on those who have attempted to “transition” from one gender to another. There are current studies that are examining reasons why de-transitioners choose to “go back”, the emotional well-being of people after they transition, and the rates of crime and self-harm by those who receive so-called “gender-affirming care” compared to others who embrace their biological birth gender.

The premise of this glossary is that the Left has attempted (somewhat successfully) to commandeer our language. With this resource, we are working to restore it to it’s rightful order.
