What the Left thinks: A person who disapproves of something the Left embraces as acceptable or good. For this person, it is never okay to hate anything… unless that thing is defined by the Left.
Definition: A person who hates something.
Description: It is important to recognize that the Judeo-Christian ethic instructs people to “abhor what is evil” (Romans 12:9), and “there are 6 things the Lord ‘hates’, seven that are detestable to him” (Proverbs 6:16). We are advised to love what the Lord loves, and to hate what the Lord hates. It is neither necessary nor appropriate to love and embrace everything in order to be a good person… or a good nation. To stand for that which you believe to be good, you must oppose that which you judge to be wrong or bad.
The premise of this glossary is that the Left has attempted (somewhat successfully) to commandeer our language. With this resource, we are working to restore it to it’s rightful order.
