This newly proposed federal bill is a massive federal power grab that strips away state and local control in permitting and regulatory review processes – the very mechanisms designed to protect safety of life and property from the threats posed by wireless facilities. The deployment of wireless facilities contaminates the environment with Rf/Mw radiation, a hazardous pollutant. It also facilitates the installment of the Chinese Communist Party’s model of a biometric/social credit surveillance system, threatening our sovereignty and God-given freedoms. In order to protect local control over wireless infrastructure deployment H.R. 3557 must be defeated!
